  • Breaks cannot be commenced in the first sixty minutes of any shift (FFIA Compliance)

  • Break type can be selected, ten minute paid drink break or thirty minute unpaid break.

  • Staff cannot clock back on until the full ten or thirty minutes have been completed.

  • A countdown timer will display showing time remaining before an employee can clock back in.

  • Breaks can now be tracked by break type in Weekly Clockings Audit Labour Reporting

  • It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that breaks are given in compliance with the FFIA Award 2022
